Virtual Staging
Virtual staging is a powerful real estate marketing tool in which a home is staged electronically. Save hundreds of dollars in time on furniture and movers. When properties are virtually staged, they help clients visualize how they could use the space.
The price for virtual staging is $30 per photo.

Here’s the process:
One of our talented photographers will create HDR pictures of the outside of the home. We then take the photos to the editing room where the magic happens. One of our 3D CGI artists will use special techniques to make your afternoon shot look like dusk! One photo can really change the look of a home.
We charge $20 to convert a regular HDR into a twilight photo.
